  1. Ship24 API Key: We store the Ship24 API key you provide in Google’s UserProperties. This key is only accessible within your Google account and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

  2. Tracking Information: The tracking numbers and courier codes you input into your Google Sheet are processed to retrieve tracking information. This data is not stored by our add-on but is sent to Ship24’s API for processing.

How We Use Your Information

  1. The Ship24 API key is used solely to authenticate requests to the Ship24 API on your behalf.
  2. Tracking numbers and courier codes are used to fetch package tracking information from Ship24.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not collect, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any personal information to third parties. The tracking information is processed through Ship24’s API according to their privacy policy.

Data Security

We ensure that Package Tracker operates securely within the Google Sheets environment. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can remove your Ship24 API key at any time by clearing the user properties in the add-on. Tracking information in your spreadsheets is under your control and can be deleted or modified as you see fit.

Children’s Privacy

Package Tracker does not specifically address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
